Elite Concierge Nursing Services provides nursing services in accordance with applicable Nurse Practice Acts and state regulations. Services requiring physician orders will only be performed when appropriate orders are in place. Emergency medical services are not provided. Clients experiencing a medical emergency should call 911 immediately.
Some skilled nursing services, such as wound care, medication administration, and certain postoperative services, may require physician orders. During your consultation, we'll discuss your needs and determine whether physician orders are required before services begin.
Elite Concierge Nursing Services is a private-pay practice. Payment is the responsibility of the
client unless otherwise arranged.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Square payment system. Invoices are emailed directly to clients for convenient online payment.
Elite Concierge Nursing Services proudly serves clients throughout the Greater Charlotte, North
Carolina area and Central Florida. Services outside our primary coverage areas may be available upon request and may be subject to additional travel fees. If you're unsure whether you're within our service area, please contact us.
No. Elite Concierge Nursing Services does not provide emergency medical services. If you are
experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department
immediately.
Yes. Through our Care Coordination & Patient Advocacy service, Nurse Teeiea can accompany
clients to medical appointments, help clarify medical information, ask questions on the client's
behalf, and support communication between clients, families, and healthcare providers.
While we are happy to coordinate transportation for appointments, clients are not transported
in the nurse's personal vehicle.
After your initial consultation, you'll receive a Welcome Packet containing the necessary intake
forms, service agreement, consent documents, payment policies, and any additional paperwork
required before services begin. Once your paperwork is complete, payment arrangements have
been finalized, and any required physician orders have been received, we'll schedule your first
visit.
Absolutely. With the client's permission, we encourage family involvement and provide
education and updates to help everyone feel informed, supported, and confident throughout
the care process.
